Swim Squad is designed to help swimmers improve technique, build endurance, and gain confidence through structured, coach-led workouts twice per week. Each session includes focused stroke drills, conditioning, and team-building activities to support overall growth in and out of the water. With small squads of only 4–6 swimmers, athletes receive maximum coach feedback and individualized attention every practice.
