SwimSelect Drop-In Finder

Want to add an extra class this week? The Drop-In Finder shows you which classes you can join today as a one-time drop-in, based on current enrollment. Available to actively enrolled and currently participating students in an eligible MSB Aquatics program.

What you'll need: the phone number on your MSB account and your Parent Portal login to finish registering.

Step 1 — Enter your phone number

Type the phone number associated with your MSB account and tap "Find my swimmers". This is the number we have on file for your family — if you're not sure which one that is, or the tool can't find your account, just ask a customer experience team member.

Step 2 — Choose your swimmer

Pick which swimmer wants to drop in today. Each swimmer's options are different, since drop-in eligibility is based on their own current enrollment.

Step 3 — Browse today's options

You'll see a card for each class your swimmer can drop into today, with the class time and the drop-in fee (if applicable). A quick note if nothing shows up: that's normal! Drop-in availability changes every day depending on class schedules, open spots, and your swimmer's enrollment. Check back another day, or ask a customer experience team member about other options.

Step 4 — Confirm and register

Tap Select on the class you want, review the details, then tap Continue to Parent Portal. You'll be taken to the MSB Parent Portal, where you'll sign in with your Parent Portal account and complete the registration there. Your drop-in isn't confirmed until you finish registering in the Parent Portal.

Good to know

  • Drop-ins are for today only. The finder always shows today's classes — come back the morning you want to swim.
  • Spots can move fast. If a class fills up between browsing and selecting, the finder will show you today's updated options — just pick again.
  • Take your time, but not too much. For your privacy, your session expires after 15 minutes. If that happens, just re-enter your phone number and start again.
  • One drop-in per day per active swimmer.
