SMS Opt-in Evidence
JackRabbit registration form — SMS consent checkbox. Every family enrolling in a class with MSB Aquatics completes this form at https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/regv2.asp?id=555709 (public, no login required). The consent checkbox sits directly beneath the Cell # field and reads: "By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive transactional and informational SMS messages from MSB Aquatics LLC. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help." The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form — note the red asterisk marking Cell # as required, and its absence on the checkbox. Consent is freely given and separate from registration.

JackRabbit "Text and Email Policy" — the e-signed agreement. Expanded from the same registration form. Families must check "I've read the above and agree" and sign electronically. The policy states that text and email notifications cover time-sensitive, service-related messages — weather cancellations, programming updates, schedule changes, billing reminders — and that these are "separate and distinct from any marketing-related communications, which may be opted out of separately." Contact preferences can be updated in the Parent Portal at any time or by emailing support@msbaquatics.com.

https://msbaquatics.com/text-updates/ — public opt-in form. Hosted on the brand domain. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and reads: "By checking this box, I agree to receive informational/transactional text messages (lesson reminders, schedule and closure alerts, waitlist openings) from MSB Aquatics, LLC at the number provided, possibly using automated means. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Links to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions appear directly beneath the form, and again in the site footer.
