Program Overview

Our Adult Fitness program is designed for ages 15 and up and focuses on building strength, endurance, and mobility through low-impact aquatic workouts. Whether you're looking to improve overall fitness, support injury recovery, or add variety to your training routine, our water-based classes provide an effective full-body workout in a supportive environment.

Led by experienced instructors, each session combines cardio, resistance training, and flexibility work using the natural resistance of the water. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are available to help everyone feel confident, challenged, and successful.

Shallow Water Aerobics

A fun, full-body workout performed in chest-deep water. This class focuses on cardio, strength, and flexibility using the natural resistance of the water to improve endurance while staying low-impact on joints. Great for all fitness levels.

Aquatic Circuit Training

A structured, station-based workout that alternates between cardio bursts and strength exercises. Using water dumbbells, resistance tools, and bodyweight movements, this class is designed to increase stamina, and build muscle.

Senior EZ Water Aerobics

A gentle, low-impact class designed specifically for older adults or those seeking a lighter pace. Emphasis is placed on balance, mobility, joint health, and functional strength in a supportive and social environment.

Aqua Cardio Fitness

A higher-energy water workout focused on cardiovascular conditioning. Expect continuous movement, interval-style training, and endurance-building exercises that deliver an effective calorie-burning session while remaining easy on the body.

Swim Frequency & Results

Real progress in fitness comes from consistent, purposeful training. Attending classes twice per week — whether through structured sessions or flexible options — helps participants build strength faster, improve endurance, and see meaningful results.
